• Navigate to your desired product, and click on the “add to cart” button then click on the “proceed to checkout” button. Complete the required fields and follow the steps presented. Once you have completed the process, our sales department will make contact, to process the payment and complete the order. 

• It means that we do not currently hold any stock of that item but our suppliers might. You can proceed with the order and when our sales department makes contact we will inform you if the item is in stock and what the waiting period will be.

• If the item is in stock: 1 – 2 business days. 
• If the item is in stock with a Namibian Supplier: 1 – 2 business days. 
• If the item is in stock with a South African Supplier: 1 – 3 weeks.
• If the item is out of stock everywhere: ETA to be confirmed with sales department by email. 

• Although we try our best to update our Pricing regularly, Product movement and the Rate of Exchange affect Pricing daily, and make it impossible for us to adjust these daily at this stage. We are however continuously trying to improve on how we can automate our processes to provide you with the most accurate price. Once you have identified a desired product please reach out to our sales Team before placing the order.
